The NSS Unit of Govt. Degree College Marheen conducted a Cleanliness Drive and Plants Beautification Abhiyan on 21-01-2025. The entire Abhiyan was conducted under the patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Anupama Gupta esteemed Principal of the college. In this Drive the NSS volunteers set an example for better hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness of our surrounding. Moreover, during the event, the volunteers collected garbage and cleaned the surroundings, white washed the plants and volunteers took pledge for making compost for better use of the garbage, keeping in view the forthcoming Republic Day Celebration. A large number of students participated in the drive. The event was coordinated by Dr.Arun Dev Singh, NSS, Programme Officer, Dr. Shallu Rani. On this occasion, the faculty members were present: Dr. Balbinder Singh , Dr. Munisha, Prof Mannu Saini ,Prof. Diksha, Prof. Naresh Kumar, Dr. Meenu Sharma and others.
